As always in any year-end and year-start of any organization, an assessment con planning saga is a regular. 2009 for PMO is for me a No, but... BUT for some it is a Yes, but... I dunno the take-off but as to me... am just being HONEST. If only to mindset on NO PRETENSE, if only to regard acceptance of failures as one brave option to get to the road of improvement. I can sense that we all want a good-performing PMO, an effective and efficient PMO... and critical works at stake... foremost of which is our roadmap to the desired state. That is ongoing... a strategic planning exercise being undertaken slowly and surely. All I hope and pray is that momentum will remain. Participation will be more. Output defined. Mechanisms agreed and understood. Will to make things happen n'sync with every player in us.

It took quite a while to find and choose and upload a new template for MY 2010 IT IS. Since doing this is only once a year, i don't want to admit, memory gap strikes! It is always like am a beginner despite blogging for 6 years now. Hmmm....

So here's to capturing thoughts and moments. Reading and re-reading to M&E the targets set and MAKING THINGS HAPPEN!
